Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Express Delivery (select cities): 1–3 business days.

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (shipping costs and duties vary by country).

Delays may occur due to unforeseen logistics issues or high seasonal demand. We will keep you informed in such cases.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.

  • A flat fee of ₹75 applies for orders below ₹999.

  • Express and international shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can track your package in real-time until delivery.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of order.

  • Rayenn is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged / Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for quick resolution.

  • In rare cases of lost packages, we will work with our courier partners to resolve or replace your order.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled or updated within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
